Product usage
9-19 Model High Pressure Centrifugal Blower generally applied in forge furnace or high pressure forced ventilation. It can also widely used to transport material and air, or gas with no corrosivity, no self ignition, no explosive, no volatilizing and no sticky material. The medium temperature normally less than 50 ℃ (80 ℃ at most). Dust and hard particle content in the medium no more than 150mg/m3.
Product model
The blower is single suction and has 13 types of No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14 and 16.
The blower can be produced into left cyclone and right cyclone model. See from the side of the motor, the impeller of right cyclone blower rotates clockwise, signified as ‘right’; the impeller of left cyclone blower rotates counterclockwise, signified as ‘left’.
The exit of blower signified as the main case air outlet angle. Both the ‘left’ and ‘right’ model can be made into six angels of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°and 225°.
The transmission model of the blower has 3 types of A(№4～6.3), C(№7.1～16) and D(№7.1～16).

№4～6.3 types are organized by impeller, main case, air intake and holder. №7.1～16 types are organized by impeller, main case, air intake and transmission group.
1. 9-19 Model Blower has 12 fan blades, front bend profile. Impeller diffuser outer edge maximum circular speed no more than 140m/s. The impeller is adjusted by static and dynamic balance, operates smooth and steady.
2. Main case is welded by common steel plate into volute casing.
3. Air intake is convergence clipper-built massive structure, and bolted on the front shroud.
4. Drive part organized by principle axis, bearing box, coupling or belt pulley. The principle axis is made of high quality steel. The bearing box adopted anti-friction bearing and lubricated by 40# machine oil.
5. Main case and pedestal are made into massive structure for easy installation.
